I began training with Roderic at 4MG Fitness a few months ago after hip replacement surgery. I have suffered from arthritis for many years and had very limited mobility. Prior to beginning my training, I was unable to accomplish simple things like walking up stairs or standing up unaided. He’s transformed my quality of life. As a qualified osteopath he knows what to do to improve muscle strength, posture, flexibility and endurance. Sessions are achievable and life changing.
