4MG BUILD

Prepare to build strength like never before. Our 4MG Build sessions focus on powerful strength workouts centred on core lifts such as squats, deadlifts, and pressing exercises. But that's just the beginning! Alongside these foundational moves, we incorporate accessory strength exercises to maximise your muscular strength and development.

4MG SWEAT

Our three sessions are programmed to ensure that you get the optimal training and smash your PB on race day. We offer Hyrox COMPLETE, Hyrox POWER, and Hyrox ENGINE. These three sessions cover all the basis to successfully navigate your first race or if you're a seasoned athlete they will ensure you are pushed and developed to maximise performance.

4MG RUN CLUB

Take your endurance to the next level with our 4MG Sweat sessions. These sessions blend weight-based and bodyweight exercises to enhance both your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. Get ready to push yourself to new limits and achieve those fitness milestones.

Weekly run session for all abilities. There are three running workouts prepared for each  session. This caters for all runners from complete beginner up to longer distance athletes. So whether you are looking to start running or take on your next race we have got you covered.
